RX28WE World’s Edition Chassis Kit 1/28 scale competition chassis
The RX28WE is the World’s Edition of the Gen 3 platform, on the narrower, lower chassis that carried Reflex Racing through the 2026 season. Same car, proven across the classes that actually get raced.
In 2026 the RX28 won the PN Racing North American Championships in 2WD Modified and Modified Pan Car. It took 1st in 2500 Hardbody at the Team Associated International Race in Las Vegas. At 28SRA it won Pan Car Modified and the 2500 class, and finished 1-2 in the 3500Kv final. Modified, pan car, 2500, and 3500Kv. One platform, not a one-class special.
The WE plate is pocketed deeper under the servo and battery, so mass sits lower and a plastic-body car can run closer to 160 g. The narrower tub clears the surface sooner in roll, so direction changes stay clean instead of rubbing the chassis flat. Reverse-mounted side links let you drop the rear roll center further when the car starts traction-rolling. The center shock moves forward on the plate for a smoother, more forgiving rotation through the middle of the corner.
Trackside, the two-piece tweak brace comes apart for side-spring changes without tearing the rear end down, and the one-piece braced motor mount holds alignment harder than the previous pod. Optional long links and the optional long-shock conversion are in the box when the layout wants a longer wheelbase or a different shock layout.
Optional tungsten plates under the servo and under the battery are available separately when a lexan class needs the weight back up without giving the low center of gravity away.
