Use for NX-265 NexxRacing Tire Truer For Mini-Z 2WD

NEXXRACING MR03W MONO SUSPENSION SYSTEM MANUAL

Features:

-Nexx Racing introduces new MR03W Mono suspension system.

-Designs based on full scale car model for realism.

-Replacement of stock suspension system.

-Provides better control of roll center and suspension geometry while travelling.

-Camper changes when cornering due to compression of suspension . This would allow the wheel to have maximum contact to road.

-Same width as stock (W).

-Same ride height as stock.

-Same steering bar as stock (toe 0 degree).

-Guarantees no steering pump as suspension travels.

-CNC 7075 Aluminium ball joints. During hard collison, joints would not be disassembled.

-Caster angle is +1° degrees.

-Adjustable camber angle from 0 – 1° degrees. ( without changing knuckle )

-3mm knuckle wheel shaft makes all car bearing are 3x6x2.5mm bearings.

-This suspension system would benefit your Mini-Z to be more stable when cornering and providing more road contact.

-Each part of the stock suspension system could be individually replaced by the parts in Nexx Racing MR03W Mono suspension system.

2 x Side Damper

1 x Side Damper mount

2 x M2x3 Button Hex Head Screw

2 x M2x5 Set Screw

2 x 2x4x1 Aluminum spacer

Requires:

NX-262 98-102mm MM Motor Mount, NX-247 PN2.5 gimbal motor mount , NX-248 MR03 gimbal motor mount.

NX-130 to NX134 center shock ( depend on color).

NX-151 damper springs set, NX-021 carbon damper disk.

The DSB Center Shock is designed with double spring configuration with easy “one-hand” shock length and spring tension adjustment. Super easy and fast adjustment. DSB center shock intergrates precision bearings in the system to improve smoothness of operation allowing multi-direction movements helping the mini-Z more stable in any action.

It's finally here! Our all new Gear differential was designed to be a high quality and high performance addition to your 1/28 scale car. More rotation and harder acceleration than the ball differential yields a car that is often about a tenth faster to drive in high traction surfaces. The feel of this gear diff is very balanced and this makes the acceleration super smooth and strong. At only about 4.7g, it is also super light for less rotational mass.

The gear diff is sealed from the elements as the gears are inside a machined aluminum case in which you can larger amounts of grease to change the behavior of the differential action. The ticker the grease, the lower response into the corner, but this could be at the expense of a little bit of exit traction. We don't recommend going too heavy on the oil (maybe use no more than 1 or 2k CST oil), but you can use oil with no leakage at the spur and only slight leaking at the outputs.

RRE015

All New from Reflex Racing is our 400mah LiHv battery. This battery offers longer runtime, lower IR and overall better performance for longer races vs the 340mah pack all while only weighing an extra 2g. This battery is slightly bigger so, it will only fit your RX28 when using the 24mm battery conversion kits or the 102mm WB Chassis. This battery will fit most AWDs car in the market as well as other cars that are capable of fitting a 24mm wide battery.

Why hardcase? Well, hardcase batteries have numerous benefits. Due to its design, a hardcase cuts down on connection points, uses more efficient plugs and thicker wire. These 3 elements drop the internal resistance of the entire circuit leading to better overall current flow, less heat loss and more performance. Couple that with the additional voltage capacity (these are safe to charge to 8.6v!) and the result is a sure fire winner.

The Benefit of having a battery that sits solidly in place on the chassis offers a handling advantage as there are no plugs and wires dangling inside the car. (Just think, we use 0.9g mass damper weights to stability our cars. Plugs and wires often represent more than this weight and they are jumping up and down inside the body of the car when using a soft case pack. ). The result is a car that behaves more smoothly. Additionally, hard case batteries simply wire better. In categories like Pan Car, where wiring is a bit tricky to fit under the low slung bodies, the hard case bullet to battery system opens up a tremendous amount of space under the body.

Lastly, hard case batteries are also safer and tougher. Wires don't break at the exit of the shrink, so shorts are minimized and, the hard case also protects the cells from damage better, as well as isolates them from possible punctures or shorts caused by the chassis or impacts.

We recommend to charge the batteries at 1.0A
