All new from Reflex Racing is the Speed Dish Line of wheels. Designed with performance and durability in mind, these molded wheels have a 0.5mm outer ridge that matches the inner flange height of most 1/28 scale wheels. The result from this is a tire that is easier to glue (which we recommend) and also more stability to the tire in the case you prefer to use tape. Made from durable and tough glass reinforced nylon, these wheels are acetone safe so they can be re-used.
The Taller aspect of the wheel makes the sidewall effectively smaller in order to also aid in the increase of corner speed.
The -1.5 1mm wheel was designed so we could use wider tires up front of our RX28s, while keeping the width up front with the equivalent of a +1 with 8.5mm wheels (in terms of the RX28). The negative offset- inset design reduces the scrub radius and makes the steering more precise. When using 11mm tires up front, we have found that the car is easier to drive and more consistent in modified, with smoother response and longer lasting tire life.
