Reflex Racing FX28 Formula Car Kit - FX28-KIT

It's finally here! After nearly 2 years of development, Reflex is excited to release their first 1/28 scale Formula Car Kit. The FX28 is a comprehensive ground-up design—not just a scaled-down version of existing cars.

The design philosophy centered on three core principles:

Simplicity: The FX28 features a robust 2-piece front end built to withstand the demands of open-wheel racing. With 2 degrees of caster built into the front end and 1-degree knuckles, you get exceptional steering response and corner speed. The kit includes a high-quality servo saver—essential for open-wheel performance.

Low Center of Gravity: We strategically placed steel and aluminum components throughout the chassis's lowest points to keep weight as low as possible for optimal handling.

Precise Weight Distribution: The dampened rotary hinge rear suspension and low-CG disc damper allow everything to fit cleanly within the body lines without design compromises. This maintains 97%+ scale fidelity to full-size Formula cars.

The stunning high-performance Lexan body and molded nylon wings are based on modern Formula cars, developed in partnership with Radbody right here in the USA.
